The two connections are Bluetooth and Near Field Communication (NFC). The former is very simple, while the latter is a bit more technical but very useful.

Connecting Headphones Via Bluetooth

Let’s start with a step-by-step guide on how to connect Sony Bluetooth headphones to any device.

  1. Firstly, make sure your Bluetooth headphones are turned off.
  2. Place your headphones directly next to the device you want to pair with.
  3. Turn the media device on.
