WANT TO SELL YOUR CD HERE?
Here's all the information you need to know:

In the terms below, "The Old-Time Music Home Page" refers to the vendor operating this online store, and "Seller" refers to any musician selling their CD via The Independent Old-Time Music Store.

1. At least 75% of the Seller's CD must feature music played in the Old-Time style. If you're unsure of what "Old-Time Music" means, CLICK HERE. To have your CD's content approved for sale, please email david@lynchgraphics.com and/or send an evaluation copy of your CD to David Lynch, P.O. Box 2838, Asheville, NC 28802.
   
   
2. Your CD must be professionally mastered and comply with "Red Book" standards to ensure playability on all audio CD players. Package design should look clean and professional, and all CDs must be wrapped or shink-wrapped in plastic.
   
   
3. This store will operate on a consignment basis, using the PayPal shopping cart system. Once a CD is determined to be bona-fide good ol' Old-Time Music, and the Seller agrees to Independent Old-Time Music Store's terms, the Seller should print out this page, sign the bottom, and send it along with 10 CDs + 1 promotional copy to David Lynch, P.O. Box 2838, Asheville, NC 28802. The Seller should also include a short description (100 words or less), to include in your online listing. If you really want to score points, please send the verbage in an email document so I don't have to retype it!
   
   
4. The Seller's CD will be listed online with CD cover image, description and track list. Sorry, server space does not permit the inclusion of sound samples, but if a Seller has posted samples online at another location, The Old-Time Music Home Page will be glad to link to them.
   
   
5. The Old-Time Music Home Page will process orders promptly, and will charge a shipping fee to cover mailing costs. CDs will be shipped out First Class Mail, within ten days or less of receiving the order. (Most of the time, CDs will typically be shipped within a few days of receiving the order.)
   
   
6. CDs will be sold for $15 apiece, unless there is reasonable cause to charge more (2-CD sets, extended booklet or special packaging). The Old-Time Music Home Page will charge the Seller a 20% commission for each CD sold.
   
   
7. The Seller will be paid by check for product sold after a 90-day period or after 10 CDs are sold, whichever comes first.
   
   
8. Once the initial 10 CDs are sold, the Seller can renew this agreement by sending an additional 10 CDs to the address listed above.
   
   
9. Initial agreement is for a 6 month consignment period. If after 6 months, the Seller wishes to terminate this agreement, The Old-Time Music Home Page will return any unsold CDs and the Seller will pay return shipping costs.
